    Course Details

    The course contains a brief introduction to doshas and how they are related to the 5 elements of nature and how the human body is connected to nature’s elements. It also talks about Tristambh - doshas, dhatus and malas. What all Ayurvedic practices can be taken up in our day-to-today dinacharya routine and ways to keep the doshas in balance. You can learn in your own time via pre-recorded session videos and sit for an exam on our app.
